（中央社記者蘇龍麒新北市15日電）今天是忠孝橋引道拆除後的第一個上班日，新北市交通局觀察發現，事前的宣導策略奏效，民眾提早上路，且分流至台北橋與中興橋，忠孝橋並未塞車。

根據新北市交通局的數據觀察資料顯示，忠孝橋車流在上午7時以前，每小時比過去多增加500輛次，顯示民眾的確提早上路，且車流有移轉到台北橋與中興橋的現象，讓台北橋與中興橋的平均車流，各增加每小時500輛次，因此忠孝橋今天上午在尖峰時間並未塞車。

此外，根據交通局的監測指出，上午8時30分，忠孝橋的車速在每小時50公里以上，反而是台北橋、中興橋因為車流分流過來，時速僅在每小時20多公里，台北橋的車隊綿延2公里、中興橋下成都路也有點壅塞。

新北市交通局主任秘書吳國濟表示，今天上午的狀況還要持續觀察，預計需要觀察1週才會穩定下來。

他也呼籲用路人能夠持續提早出門，並多多使用大眾運輸工具。1050215
